Eng2Move strategically spins off its HV/MV transformer and utility-scale EPC project business into the newly established German entity, Lindemann-Volt GmbH. This decisive move allows Eng2Move to intensify its focus on its core expertise in advanced microgrid solutions, and intelligent energy management software for world-wide projects.
Lindemann-Volt GmbH will leverage a robust manufacturing partnership with China Electric Equipment Group (CEEG), utilizing their major production base in Yangzhong, China for core transformer components. The critical innovation, however, lies in final assembly and customization within the EU at Lindemann-Volt's German facilities. This hybrid model strategically addresses the severe market shortage, where traditional transformer delivery often exceeds six months. By localizing the final integration, Lindemann-Volt ensures rapid deployment, strict adherence to European standards, and provides a resilient, responsive supply chain for essential electrical infrastructure across the region.
