Eng2Move 1st Project - BESS Providing Grid Boosting for EV Charger

Eng2Move has successfully launched its first project, deploying a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) to provide essential grid boosting for a high-power EV charger in Germany.

The system integrates HyperStrong batteries with Eng2Move's advanced power conversion technology. It directly supports an emerging 180kW Alpitronic hypercharger, which presents a significant load challenge to the local grid infrastructure. The BESS mitigates this strain by delivering rapid bursts of power during peak charging cycles, effectively "boosting" the available grid capacity.

This functionality prevents the need for costly and time-consuming grid upgrades, ensuring stable and efficient operation. This project demonstrates a scalable solution for supporting the rapid expansion of fast-charging infrastructure without overloading existing electrical networks.
